Problem

There seems to be a bit of a problem.

I can't lift 7.5kg for bench press. Hmm

As in i can't complete 4 proper sets with it. Maybe i should try with lesser weight first.

Or do 4 sets of 12 of 5kg first.

My squats and dead lift are doing fine.

Think i got the posture for dead lift correctly already.

Chin-up is still a problem. Sian.

Another problem. I tried to eat properly over the weekend. But saturday, i met up with anna and all for seoul garden. yes.

SEOUL GARDEN. Sinful yes. I tried to eat healthily the entire day though. I went to the gym in the morning as well. But i downed 6 scoops of ice cream at the place. Haha oh well. Its been quite a long time since i last touch an ice cream okayyyy.

Sunday was initially going to be alright. I was suppose to meet joel and the rest at bishan gym. Just before i move off, i thought i had better get my 2nd meal. Then i realised the fridge was empty. Damn. Settle with corn.

Then picked up my parents from taman jurong and had ipoh hor fun there. sinful yes. Screw it. Shall work hard this coming week. And lucky for me, tuesday i'm going for dental. Dentist gonna put in some stuff. I predict will be in so much pain i won't be eating much.

Dad going to genting again on wednesday night. So that means i can drive to camp on thursday and friday. And since i have duty on friday, i can drive home straight on saturday morning. haha.

ok to explain what i meant when i said kwan said things that abhi and lock disagree with, it's basically things like:

-Find a girl and if it last, she would be a potential wife.

That alone isn't what abhi and lock wants.

-1 girl only.

Again.

-Decent girls. Good natured, smart, pretty, everything nice.

Lock and abhi just want HOT girls. Doesn't matters if she's a bimbo. Boobs and butts baby!

Well thats basically it haha. At least what i remembered anyway.

Hmm I'm somewhat like kwan i guess. But i know things don't happen if we don't try.

No point asking friends for help. They WON'T help.

Oh yea i realised the bags i mentioned cost like 170 SGD. Goodness. Guess i need to re-evaluate.
