tired

Went to gym after leaving camp just now.

Today's result?

Well, i think i improved a little bit.

Firstly i did squats. 2x17.5kg seemed manageable now. Gonna increase to 2x20kg next week.

Bench Press: Did 3sets of 8 and 2 sets of 6 of 2x7.5kg. need to work more in this area.

Dead Lift: Same as squats.

Pull up: Still sucky lol.

I think because i drank 2 cans of coffee before going to gym. Maybe thats why the squats was easier. Didn't feel as much strain as on tuesday.

Damn shagged now.
